Meet Tami

I am deeply passionate about guiding people toward lasting, sustainable healing by cultivating body-based resilience and nervous system regulation. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, nutrition, and neuroplasticity in a holistic and unique way.

My professional background

Professionally, I have worked in both clinical and private practice settings. I have supported individuals with PTSD and complex trauma; co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders; dissociative identity disorder; chronic illness; depression and mood disorders; victims of abuse; addiction; grief; and the physical and emotional patterns that can emerge from unresolved trauma, such as persistent anxiety, overwhelm, sleep disturbances, and difficulty regulating emotions. What I have learned is that, given the right support and conditions, every individual has the capacity to improve their situation.

How I got here

My path into this work began long before my formal training. Like many people, I spent years navigating stress and pushing past my own limits, until Lyme disease and chronic, debilitating symptoms required me to slow down and explore the deeper workings of healing. This lived experience fundamentally shifted how I support my clients today.

My intention is to create a space where you feel deeply supported and able to move at your own pace. Through guidance, attunement, and an understanding of your body’s sensations and rhythms, it is possible to release deeply held dysregulation.
